Hotel ZaZa Jaisalmer is a travel service provider. We do not ship physical goods. All our services are delivered digitally and at the travel destination.
Booking Confirmation:
Confirmation is sent via Email and WhatsApp after advance payment and ID proof.
Itinerary, accommodation details, and booking status are shared.
Service Delivery:
Services include hotel stays, desert camps, sightseeing, cultural activities, and transportation as per package.
Services are fulfilled at the destination and as per the dates selected by the guest.
Rescheduling:
In case of rescheduling, we accommodate changes based on availability.
In case of weather or force majeure situations, alternate arrangements are made wherever possible.
